12 children receive free English course sponsored by Omarsa

Duran.– On Monday, July 3, 2017, twelve children between 9 and 12 years old, from the Abel Gilbert citadel in Duran attended their first free English class in the initial module sponsored by Omarsa. This course is divided in several modules and aims to complete the education of English as a second language for children living in the citadel near Omarsa’s processing plant in Duran, thus improving the opportunities they will have when entering the labor market.

The kids receive classes three times a week for 45 minutes and get a little snack prior the beginning of the class. To complete this project, Omarsa will add Computer classes to the curriculum, and with this, cover important segments of public education that need reinforcement.
